Sri Lankan food is the perfect blend of roasted and unroasted indigenous spices including cardamon, cinnamon, pepper, cloves and dried red chili, muddled with delicious, rich coconut milk. Accompaniments vary according to the region of origin, choose from flaky rotti, crispy hoppers, paper thosai, crusty paan (bread) or any of the shades of rice: red, yellow or white!
Our poolside is the perfect location to crank the BBQ with our chef. A great option for those travelling with kids or as a group. Enjoy a mix of seafood and specialty meats with the freshest salads and sides. Chef’s secret BBQ sauce recipe has long been hunted, but you’ll have to visit to taste just how good it is.
