A reservation at least one day prior to arrival is recommended, so that we can be certain of availability and have the house prepared for your booking requirements.

A 50% advance payment on your booking is required to confirm your reservation.

Our cancellation policy follows a tiered schedule, measured against your arrival date:

30 days or more before arrival

25% deducted

15 days or more before arrival

50% deducted

Within 7 days of arrival

Charged in full

Palmyrah House and Dendrobium House take reservations by the room. Villa Thuya, The Cavern, 32 Middle Street and Lily Pod are reserved as whole villas — the house entirely yours.

The Cavern asks for a two-night minimum. Every other house may be booked for as long — or as briefly — as you wish.

Palmyrah House is currently the only house with a bar on site. At our other properties you are most welcome to bring your own beverages.

Palmyrah House has a fully equipped gym on site. The other houses offer swimming pools or extensive grounds made for long walks.

Palmyrah House offers wheelchair-accessible rooms and easy access to the facilities on site. Dendrobium House provides an elevator and is wheelchair accessible.

To ensure the enjoyment of all guests, we do not allow pets at any of our properties.

We can help arrange transport to and from the airport with trusted external providers. This service must be booked in advance of your arrival.

Yes — we can store your luggage in a safe location for up to eight hours following your check-out.

Driver accommodation is available at Palmyrah House. For the other houses, our team will gladly recommend trusted options nearby.

The migration of flamingos through Mannar usually takes place between October and March each year. Our naturalist on site will guide you to the best viewing locations.
